Neil van Rooyen is Managing Director, Nominated Representative, and Technical Signatory of Moore Infinity BEE. With 16 years at Moore; including seven in C-suite leadership, he guides the firm’s B-BBEE assurance strategy and safeguards technical compliance across every major sector code, from Transport and ICT to Agri/Forestry and Tourism.

Holding a BCom (Internal Auditing) from the University of Pretoria and an MDP certificate from Wits Business School, Neil is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (SA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners South Africa and Association of B-BBEE Professionals. His blend of audit rigor, forensic insight, and deep multi-industry exposure helps South African businesses translate transformation targets into pragmatic, value-adding results.
